​Unless you have a valid overnight Marina issued permit properly displayed.

Tickets issued at the entrance(s) DO NOT allow any vehicle to be parked on site after 10pm.

 To Purchase a New Frequent User Pass 
​Please bring or email a copy of the following documents:
  • Proof of residency and matching driver’s license. Proof of residency can be a valid driver’s license (no sticker addresses) and/or a current utility bill.
  • Optional: Vehicle license plate (only necessary for license plate reader access).​
  • Stop by office during office hours to remit payment and pick up parking pass.​
To Purchase a Night Pier Passes
​Please bring or email a copy of the following documents:​
  • Valid fishing license and matching drivers license ID
  • Stop by office during office hours to remit payment and pick up parking permit.​​
To Renew a Frequent User Pass 
Must have a previously issued parking card.
Renewal Methods:
  • Over the phone: Call 206-824-5700.
  • In office, during office hours.
Required Documents for Renewal:
  1. Your previously issued Frequent User Pass number (last 5 digits).
  2. Valid driver’s license.
  3. Proof of residency (if different from the driver’s license).
  4. Optional: Vehicle license plate (only necessary for license plate reader access).
Note: If you no longer have your Frequent User Pass, you must purchase a new pass.​

Marina Tenants:​
Daily parking is included for permanent Marina tenants (account holder) as part of the moorage agreement. 
Annual Parking Access Fee's
Available for Purchase at the Marina Office. Frequent User Passes are Valid January 1st to December 31st.
  • Des Moines Resident Frequent User Pass - $40/ calendar year.
    ​Residents will have access to the North, South, and Beach Park lots between 5am-10pm daily (access devices will NOT work after 10pm, no overnight parking permitted).
    Valid proof of residency and matching drivers license required to purchase.
    Limit: One pass per valid drivers license.
    Optional: License plate number for license plate reader access.

  • Non-Resident Frequent User Pass - $100/ calendar year.  
    Non-residents will have access to the North, South, and Beach Park lots between 5am-10pm daily (access devices will NOT work after 10pm, no overnight parking permitted).
    Valid drivers license required to purchase. 
    Limit: One pass per valid drivers license.
    Optional: License plate number for license plate reader access. 

  • Overnight Fishing Pier Pass - $25/ quarter or $100/ year 
    These passes have 24 hour access to the North lot only. Valid fishing license and drivers license all in the purchasers name required.​ (1) PASS PER VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

  • Anthony's Homeport - Will validate their customers. Take a ticket from the machine and bring it with you to be validated inside the restaurant by their staff.
    FREQUENT USER CARD HOLDERS: If you plan on visiting Anthony's after the parking lot closes at 10pm take a ticket. Your Frequent User card WILL NOT let you out after 10pm but Anthony's will validate your ticket. ​
  • Methods of payment accepted to purchase Frequent User pass:  Visa/MasterCard/ApplePay/Check. 
  • Disabled parking is free in the designated spaces available outside of the paid lot.
