THE MARINA DISTRICT
is an old fashioned waterfront village; home to restaurants, a major grocery store and unique shops to explore in this pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Offices, medical services and a variety of other retail and service companies can also be found here. This area is adjacent to the Des Moines Marina.
ZENITH
Just south of the marina District and is home to Saltwater State Park, Zenith Park and the Zenith Gardens. There are several Retirement facilities overlooking the water and even a 55 and old housing community. You can walk to the Des Moines Marina or take classes at the Highline Community College.
WOODMONT
Just south of Saltwater State Park and just west of Hwy 99 the Woodmont area features a beautiful park, Woodmont Elementary and a public library. This community features everything from waterfront homes with community beaches, large view homes on the bluff or a simple ramblers that will satisfy every buyer’s needs.
REDONDO
